CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
The purpose of Rough cleaning is to remove excess material and clean the Facility so the final touches can take place. Rough cleaning shall allow the subcontractor (painter and others) to apply their finishing touches to the premises.
Windows shall be cleaned at the rough stage to remove paint, plaster and dust, taking special care to ensure windowsills are not scratched or damaged. All windows and frames, including all tracks, shall be cleaned. All paint over spray, gypsum board mud, and excess caulk shall be removed from windows and window tracks.
The facility floor shall be scraped and swept clean at this point and entry doors and thresholds should be also cleared and cleaned at rough stage.
Subcontractor shall remove any trash in unit upon completion of rough clean.
In the Rough cleaning stage we install cardboard to protect floors and window cover film to protect windows.
ROUGH CLEANING
At this stage we perform a general cleaning including removing the protective cardboard from the floor, removal of excess waste from the carpentry and blacksmithing process.
The cleaning carried out at this point is to prepare the premises for the final touches.
Protective cardboard for the floors is installed again, only in main corridors with high workers traffic.
INTERMEDIATE CLEANING
Final cleanup on a construction project is scheduled once all construction is completed.
Once all the construction process is finished, a deep cleaning is carried out leaving the whole place impeccable. All cabinets open, vacuum, and clean.
Interior and exterior windows are cleaned, including frames and tracks. We remove all paint, plaster and dust from your establishment.
This is the final step before handing the property to the owner.
FINAL CLEANING
This cleaning is carried out at the request of the premises supervisor, they can be two or three times during the development of the project in order to maintain a clean and dust-free environment during final touches and furnishing.

Touch-up/ micelaneous cleaning is performed after final cleaning and dust settles usually after furniture is brought in. It includes removal of the finest dust, polishing furniture, fixtures, as well as washing windows and other surfaces.
